CASA SICURA offers the following services:
LIFT CHECKS
Tests, periodic (biennial) and extraordinary checks and controls in compliance with Presidential Decree 162/1999, recently amended by Presidential Decree 214/10.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS CHECKS
Periodic and extraordinary checks according to the provisions of Presidential Decree 462/01 on electrical grounding systems.
SAFETY CONFORMITY CHECKS
Verification of the condominium’s compliance with the applicable requirements of Leg. Dec. 81/08.
INSPECTION OF LIFE LINES AND FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS (Article 115, paragraph 1 of Leg. Dec. 81/08)
Periodic and extraordinary checks of anchor lines (according to UNI EN 11158, UNI EN 795, etc.) with tension verifications and integrity checks of end points, installed mobile devices and energy absorbers.
WATER QUALITY CHECKS
Chemical and microbiological analysis (pursuant to Leg. Dec. no. 31/2001) of water deriving from:
- aqueducts, wells, cisterns and collection tanks, certifying the quality and potability of water intended for human consumption.
- public and private pools, condominium swimming pools, and swimming pools within nursing/care facilities intended for rehabilitation or curative use.
SAFETY CHECKS ON GATES AND AUTOMATIC BARRIERS
Periodic voluntary verification of the maintenance of safety requirements, according to the UNI EN 14351-1 and UNI EN 13241-1 standards.
