ECO achieves corporate gender equality

We announce with great enthusiasm that, with the beginning of the new year, ECO Certificazioni has achieved gender equality in the company, with 50% of female employees.

ECO thus marks an important step and gives a positive signal to the sector in the matter of the gap between men and women, following the turning point that the Italian Government is giving: with the PNRR, it has in fact allocated 10 million euros for the creation of a system of inclusive incentives for companies. It is a certification of equality that represents the awareness of wanting to create a fair working environment from an economic, cultural, and social point of view.
