Laboratory Tests
ECO’s laboratory is today aimed at tests for Cat. L vehicle manufacturers. However, it is able to satisfy every need in the automotive field for the purpose of homologation, through various types of tests:

- POWER TESTS AND DRIVABILITY;
- COP AUDITS;
- NOISE, VIBRATION AND COMFORT TESTS;

- EMC TESTS – ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY;
- EMISSION BENCH AND SHED CHAMBER
Vehicles Category L
Regulation 168/2013/EU on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three- wheel motor vehicles and quadricycles.
TYPE APPROVAL
Obtaining the type approval certificate is the first step that a Manufacturer must perform to be able to place the vehicles of his own production on the Community market.
ECO can perform all the checks and tests necessary to obtain this acknowledgment.
CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTION
For the entire period of production of a vehicle, the manufacturer must ensure its compliance with the standards based on which he has obtained the approval of the vehicle.
This is achieved by the repetition of tests and verifications on specimens taken from the series produced.
