More specifically, as of today we are engaging builders of Cat. L vehicles, offering various emissions tests, thanks to the presence of an emissions bench and a SHED camera (diurnal and hot soak) in our own laboratory.
The Directives applicable according to different types of vehicles are:
Category L vehicles: Reg. (EU) 168/2013 on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.
Vehicle Categories M, N, O: Dir. 2007/46/EC establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
Vehicle Categories T, C, R, S: Reg. (EU) 167/2013 on the approval and market surveillance of agricultural and forestry vehicles.
Stationary motors: Reg. (EU) 2016/1628 in the harmonisation of the legislation of Member States concerning the provisions to be adopted against gaseous and particulate pollutant emission produced by internal combustion engines for non-road mobile machinery.
Electric motors: Reg. ECE R100 Uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to specific requirements for the electric power train.
