Periodic Checks of Electrical Grounding Systems – Houses

ECO CERTIFICAZIONI performs the verification of the grounding systems for the following types of condominiums:

• Condominium with employee (s);
• Condominium without employees.

The condominiums that belong to the first category can be defined in all respects as workplaces and therefore are required to check their electrical system according to Presidential Decree 462/01.

On the other hand, condominiums that do not have direct employees can still check their electrical system on a regular basis in order to fulfill all safety requirements and to protect all users.
