ECO Certificazioni has drafted a document that verifies the correct application of the regulatory protocol for the contrasting and containment of the SARS-COV-2 virus in the workplace.
Much more than just another stamp of approval, but rather a concrete and made-to-measure instrument for companies acting in full compliance with the protocol, combining the continuance of production activities and the guarantee of health and safety in the workplace, as well as operational methods for safeguarding the health of the individual present in or visiting the company.
The drafting of this protocol is based on the integration dated Friday, 24 April 2020 of the “Shared protocol regulating the measures to contrast and contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus in workplaces”, for the promotion of an agreement between the social partners to implement the measures set out in Article 1, paragraph 1, number 9), of the Prime Minister’s Decree of 11 March 2020, which – in relation to professional and manufacturing activities – recommends agreements on safety rules between employer organizations and unions.
In consideration of the various regulations issued by the Government and, most recently, the Italian Prime Minister’s Decree of 26 April 2020 as well as all the rules issued by the Ministry of Public Health, this document contains shared guidelines between the Parties to facilitate businesses in adopting anti-contagion safety protocols and procedures and behavioural regulations adopted following precautionary logic and implementing the legislative prescription and indications of Health Care Authorities.
The document contains 13 points, each containing specific actions that the company must carry out to conform to national and regional protocols.
ECO technicians, together with the company, define the management methods of each application by monitoring:
